Whew! The emotions are going bonkers lately. I’m so tired physically, and the effects of PMS are much more pronounced when I’m not eating solids.
Spiritual: I’ve been so tired I haven’t spent as much time in prayer as I would have liked, but I sense God’s presence and His grace. Still meditating on 2 Corinthians Chapter 4 and I’m listening to Dani Johnson on CD in my car. Who would have thought you would get so much Word in you from listening to a series on Business Success. Amazing that God led me to this teacher. I can’t wait until her live event comes close to me…I’m going for sure!
Emotional: I’ve been hit the hardest in this area for the last 5 days. Up and down, struggling, fighting the urge to emotionally eat. Boy does PMS wreak havoc on your emotions! I’ve been slowing down and thinking about my choices to make sure I choose good things during this time, and not give in to the “I’m no good, etc., etc.” feelings that are swarming over me. This is good for me though because I’m learning to do the “slow down and think about what I need” during this stressful time of the month.
Physical: Man o man! I have been so tired I can’t even believe it. I’ve never experienced this kind of tiredness before when I’ve fasted. Of course, I’ve always done smoothies and veggie broths and such before too. I’m so tired right now. I started out with all this energy after a couple of days but these last few days I’ve been so drained. We’ll see if it changes once this PMS is gone. Interesting because I guess it could be detox manifesting itself in this way.

Today is a new day, sunny and full of the fresh smell of spring. A time of renewing. Just wanted you to know I’m praying for you and supporting you in this journey. Get outside today and get some sunshine. Take time to breathe and think about spring time and what it brings. All those beautiful veggies and fruits are calling your name, please juice me and let me fill your body and spirit with all the wonders of the season. Isn’t GOD amazing!
